The Goal
My primary objective for this website redesign was to delve into the rationale behind the overhaul, rather than simply embracing a new modern design style. I aimed to thoroughly understand why users would choose to invest in Pershing Square and identify the content and features that would genuinely differentiate Pershing Square in the market.
My goal extended beyond creating an aesthetically pleasing website; I aimed to craft a remarkable platform that would not only captivate users but also drive engagement and revenue. This involved pinpointing the unique value propositions of Pershing Square and leveraging them to create an event-driven and revenue-generating digital experience.
Context & Problem
Pershing faced a significant challenge: while their website exuded visual appeal and professionalism, it didn't fully reflect their sterling reputation. Compounding the issue was their outdated software, which hindered directors from promptly sharing new articles and updates, crucial for keeping clients abreast of Pershing's insights and actions.

In response, the new website was strategically planned to address these shortcomings. Central to this plan was the implementation of a user-friendly CRM system, enabling seamless daily updates without technical barriers. Moreover, prioritizing mobile responsiveness was key, as the previous website fell short in adapting to various devices.
By prioritizing user experience and leveraging cutting-edge technology, Pershing aimed not only to align their online presence with their esteemed reputation but also to enhance client engagement and satisfaction through timely and accessible updates.

Discovery and ideation
As a team, our first step was to conduct a thorough analysis of the existing website content and structure. We needed to gain a comprehensive understanding of what was currently on the site before we could devise new, user-friendly ways to architect it. This involved meticulously mapping out the old structure and identifying areas for improvement.
By marrying our insights into the existing site with innovative design principles, we aimed to deliver a website that not only surpassed the previous one in usability but also elevated Pershing's online presence to new heights.
Wireframes
Once we solidified the direction we were going to take and ensured that both the client and overall customers were comfortable with our approach, we proceeded with creating wireframes. This step was crucial as it allowed us to introduce the overall layout of the website. Additionally, we presented mobile wireframes to provide a comprehensive view of our vision to the clients.
Final designs
One of the most significant challenges we faced in this project was the temptation to design the most elaborate website possible. However, I made a deliberate decision to prioritize simplicity for our audience. The primary aim was to create a website that was straightforward and to the point, allowing users to consume information quickly and efficiently.
